RPL is an individual, bespoke process and requires the teacher/coach to have experience and prior knowledge in the qualification topic. It is not suitable for those new to the industry. ICON prides our commitment to quality and strives for our workforce to #bemore so all of our RPL includes face to face visits for assessment of your practical skills and knowledge and support from our excellent tutor/assessors.

RPL is a learner centered, voluntary process and learners will be offered advice on the nature and range of evidence expected to make a claim for a qualification. All ICON’s RPL processes have the same transparency, rigor, reliability and fairness as all our learning programmes so learners can be confident of the outcome and decisions made.
