This Personal Training qualification teaches the correct application of science and provides the necessary tools to deliver cutting edge exercise programmes and help clients meet their goals, leading to repeat business.
Completion of this qualification provides a greater in depth knowledge of human science, nutrition and periodisation to help accelerate clients towards their goals. It will provide the skills required to undertake static or dynamic postural assessments and fitness tests so programmes can be tailored specifically around the client. The practical elements of this course will teach advanced training systems and stretching techniques, Self-Myofascial Release, and help Personal Trainers build on existing collection of exercises.
