Selling is an important role in all businesses and this qualification will help raise your understanding of sales techniques and procedures including, time planning, legal and regulatory requirements, face-to-face selling and selling by telephone.

• Certificate in the Principles of Sales
• Functional Skills in Mathematics and English
• Certificate in Employment Rights and Responsibilities

Assessment methods used during this qualification include presentations, practical observations, coursework, assignments and producing a portfolio of evidence.
