Our Team Leader/Supervisor programme is designed to provide the necessary skills and behaviours to become the next aspiring leaders of the future.

This has been designed for first line management with operational/project responsibilities or responsibility for managing a team to deliver a clearly defined outcome. They provide direction, instructions and guidance to ensure the achievement of set goals.

Over the 12-15 month programme, participants will cover a variety of topics allowing them to support, manage and develop both themselves and their teams.

We are committed to supporting professionals throughout their careers.

Apprentices without level 2 English and Maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking the end-point assessment.
